• Per Clark County Code and Las Vegas City Ordinance, it is strictly prohibited to operate e-scooters on public sidewalks within the Resort Corridor (The Strip) and the Fremont Street Experience. Riders are prohibited from performing stunts and engaging in wreck less behavior while operating an electric device.

• Assumption of Risk: Riding an electric scooter involves inherent risks of injury or property damage. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with city.

• Age & Safety Requirements: All riders must be 18+ years of age with a valid government ID. Helmets are provided and mandatory for all participants for the duration of the tour.

• Sobriety Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for operating equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Reckless Behavior: Stunts, "wheelies," or unsafe speeds are strictly banned.

Terms and Conditions for E-Scooter Tours Vegas Strip

1. Participant Eligibility

• Age Requirement: All riders must be at least 18 +Up years of age (No Minors) and present a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Weight Limit: For equipment safety and performance, the maximum rider weight is 230 lbs.

• Riding Ability: Participants must demonstrate the ability to safely operate the e-scooter during the pre-tour orientation. We reserve the right to cancel a booking without refund if a rider cannot safely operate the vehicle.

2. 2026 Las Vegas Legal Compliance

• Company Policy: Riders must obey follow company rules.

• Speed Limits: A strict 1 1mph speed limit applies in all city and county sidewalks where riding is permitted.

3. Safety and Equipment

• Mandatory Helmets: We provide and require helmets for all participants for the duration of the tour. Refusal to wear a helmet is grounds for immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

• Single Rider Only: Only one person is permitted per e-scooter. Carrying passengers, including children, is strictly prohibited.

• Night Riding: Tours operating after sunset will be equipped with a white front lamp (visible from 500ft) and a red rear reflector/lamp as required by state law.

4. Liability and Fines

• Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that e-scooter riding involves inherent risks, including collisions and falls. A signed Liability Waiver is mandatory before departure.

• Damages: The rider is financially responsible for any damage to their own personal property.

5. Sobriety and Conduct

• Zero Tolerance: Operating an e-scooter under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or any controlled substance is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing impaired.

• Reckless Behavior: Stunts, "wheelies," or unsafe speeds are strictly banned.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Weather: If we cancel due to extreme weather (high winds or lightning), you will receive a full refund or a reschedule option should you accept.
